To give you an insight into functional training, in this blog post I would like to introduce you to various exercises that you can use to train and strengthen your whole body.
1. forearm support
This exercise is about maintaining body tension. You tense your upper body, abdomen, back, buttocks and legs during the exercise and this helps you achieve healthy body stability.
2. push-up
With the help of push-ups you strengthen your arms, chest and abdominal muscles.
3. squats
When performing squats correctly, you train all the muscles of your body, especially your legs and buttocks.
